Affordable Mammography Program

Mammoth Hospital is proud to offer lifesaving breast imaging to all its patients, regardless of income. Patients who are uninsured can receive $20 mammography services year-round thanks to generous gifts to our Affordable Mammography program.

Mammoth local  Shirley Martin , like many women, skipped her annual mammogram in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and imaging done with Mammoth Hospital’s 3D Tomosynthesis machine caught a stage one mass in her right breast in February 2022. “Early detection absolutely saved my life,” says Shirley, who is now cancer-free.

Mammoth Hospital’s Affordable Mammography Program ensures that all women have access to lifesaving diagnostic services and is made possible by our generous community, including the  Albertsons Companies and Vons Foundation , the Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary, and individual donors.
